By submitting a recording, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained lawful parental/guardian consent.
2. You are the sole owner of all copyright in the Submission; OR
3. You have obtained all necessary licenses, consents, and permissions required under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528).
4. The Submission does not infringe any copyright, neighbouring rights, moral rights, performer’s rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
5. Any identifiable persons recorded have provided consent to be recorded and published.

You accept full legal responsibility for your Submission.

2. Personal Data We Collect

When you submit a sound recording, we may collect:

• Name (if provided)
• Email address (if provided)
• Audio recordings
• IP address
• Technical website usage data

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide required information may prevent submission processing.

3. Purpose of Collection

Your personal data will be used for:

• Administering the sound archive project
• Publishing your submitted audio
• Communication regarding your submission
• Website security and system maintenance
• Artistic, archival, and promotional purposesa

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
